Customer Reviews
Smooth experience overall
Booking the Probestunde was straightforward. The platform was easy for my child to use. The teacher was engaging. Received the Lernfortschrittsbericht quickly after. Happy with the service.
Good value, worked out well
I was looking for a good deal on online English lessons for my 8-year-old, and Novakid popped up. I took advantage of the Kostenlose Probestunde first, which was great to see if it was a good fit. Then I signed up for a 4-Wochen Abo with a Neukundenrabatt. The price per lesson felt fair, especially with the discount. Scheduling was easy, and the Muttersprachler Unterricht was a big plus for me. Overall, it felt like money well spent for the quality of the lessons.
Consistent quality for my child
This was our third 24-Wochen Abo for my son. Just like the previous times, the teacher quality was high and the platform worked without issues. The Lernfortschrittsberichte are always helpful, letting me see how he's doing. I appreciate the reliability; it makes continuing with them an easy decision.
So much fun for my daughter!
My daughter absolutely loves her General English Kurs lessons! The interactive gaming platform is such a brilliant idea. She looks forward to her 25-Minuten Lektionen every week, and her English has really improved. We tried the Probestunde first, and I'm so glad we signed up. I'm already planning our next 12-Wochen Abo. Highly recommend to any parent looking for engaging English classes!
Good lessons, minor tech hiccup
We signed up for a 12-Wochen Abo for the Englisch für Anfänger course. The lessons themselves were very good, and the teacher was patient and made learning fun for my son. We did have one small technical issue where the audio cut out for a minute during one lesson, but it resolved itself quickly. The Eltern Dashboard is useful for tracking progress. Delivery of the service, meaning the lessons, has been consistent, and the support was responsive when I had a question about rescheduling a class.
